General Policy
  • Submissions must be original and have not been published or presented at other congress prior to NI2014.
  • All Submissions must comply with the Submission Preparation Guideline and must be submitted and be received on or before September 30, 2013 through the On-line Submission System.
  • All Submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee of the NI2014, and reviewing results will be notified by emailing the decision of acceptance/ rejection to the presenting authors only by December 15, 2013
  • Each accepted paper for oral or poster presentation must have at least one regular participant or student registration. The complete payment for the presenting author is required before March 31, 2014 to ensure the rights for the presentation.
  • Instruction for oral/poster presentation will be sent to the presenting authors of the accepted abstracts once the presentation is confirmed.

  • Published papers for NI 2014 will be indexed in the PubMed.
